I am a native Austinite and was born and raised in Westlake Hills.   My parents wanted to move out to the country and purchased a 1 ½ acre lot on Buckeye Trail two years before I was born.  The lot offered a downtown view and they built one of the first swimming pools in Westlake Hills when I was an infant.   My father served as President of the Eanes School Board and was active in changing Eanes from a county school to an Independent School District.

I was a door-to-door salesman for Fuller Brush Company throughout college and knocked on the large majority of the doors in Westlake Hills, Lakeway, and many neighborhoods of west Austin.   I hold a real estate broker’s license for over 20+ years.

What is your real estate niche?

AUSTIN, TX – If you’ve grown up in Austin you most likely will have heard the slogan “keep Austin weird” at least once over the years and that’s because it’s Austin’s unofficial motto but over the last two years as we’ve seen more companies relocate to here from California and other states many people are starting to wonder if Austin can still be considered to be “weird” like it was in the past and the answer is yes.

About Keep Austin Weird

Keep Austin Weird is the slogan adopted by the Austin Independent Business Alliance to promote small businesses in Austin, Texas. It is intended to promote local businesses and is inspired by comments made by Red Wassenich in 2000 while giving a pledge to an Austin radio station.
