AUSTIN, TX. – It’s time to pull your surfboard out of the garage and get it ready because NLand Surf Park is finally opening this Friday October 7th 2016.
Located at 4836 E Highway 71 in Del Valle Texas, NLand Surf Park is going to be North America’s first surf park and it’s another BIG reason for people to visit and move to the Austin area especially since surfers will no longer have to be landlocked, they will be able to surf any time they want.
About NLand Surf Park
Although it faced a lawsuit from Travis County back in July, any concerns about water quality at NLand have been put to rest thanks to the construction of a new water treatment facility at NLand which uses bio-filtration technology to remove chlorine and other harsh chemicals from the water, making it 100% safe for surfers and big wave enthusiasts in the Austin area to enjoy.
What’s even better about the water at NLand is that it’s also passed strict environmental standards set by the World Health Organization and the EPA plus the entire lagoon is self-sustaining. This means that anyone who is concerned about the environment can rest easy in knowing that NLand won’t pose any problems for the eco system in the surrounding area.
Why Surf At NLand?
There’s many reasons to come to NLand including a variety of waves for surfers of all skill sets so it doesn’t matter if you’re a kid, just getting started with surfing, or someone who has been surfing for years, you’re going to find the wave that you’ve been craving without having to drive hours to get to the nearest beach.
