Kent Redding

Kent Redding is an Austin-based real estate broker known for thoughtful guidance, deep market knowledge, and long-standing relationships built over more than two decades in Central Texas real estate.

A Texas native who has called Austin home for more than 40 years, Kent serves buyers and sellers throughout Austin, West Lake Hills, Bee Cave, and surrounding Hill Country communities. His business spans everything from first-time buyers and historic homes to luxury estates and corporate relocation.

As a licensed broker and longtime leader within the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABoR), Kent served five years as an ABoR Director before being elected 2024 President of ABoR. In 2026, he received the prestigious ABoR Industry Award for REALTOR® OF THE YEAR, recognizing his leadership, professionalism, and service to the real estate industry across Central Texas.

Throughout his career, Kent has served on numerous industry committees including the MLS Compliance Committee, Legislative Management Team, Audit Committee, and Governing Policy Committee. At the state level, he has also contributed through the Texas REALTORS® Member Benefits Committee and Professional Standards Committee.

Kent holds multiple professional designations including GRI, CRS, ABR, e-Pro, MRP, and CLHMS. He is also a longtime Austin Business Journal Top Producer and leads The Kent Redding Group, one of the region’s top-producing real estate teams.
