This is excellent news because it means that Austin will continue to have a steady supply of homes to keep up with its growing population.

With the booming growth of the Austin Real Estate market many developers are beginning to look at all areas in Austin TX as potential sites for development and the East Austin area has been on the “radar” of many developers for some time.
