Austin Texas has many great music festivals during the course of a normal year including the South by Southwest (SXSW) music Festival which just wrapped up a few weeks ago. Thankfully there are more music festivals to come including the Old Settlers Music Festival which will be held in Austin from April 14- April 17, 2006.

The Old Settlers Music Festival is as much part of Austin music history as the South by Southwest Music Festival since it started back in 1987 and was first held at Old Settlers Park in Austin.
