For the last five years the Austin Texas Real Estate market has been growing non stop and we’ve enjoyed year-over-year growth which has made many people ask the big question: how much more can we grow?

The answer to this question many be coming. In June we saw the first cool down of the real estate market in years. This may be just a “blip” for the 2018 Real Estae market but it does reflect a pattern that occurred in Dallas and other major cities across the United States.

The development of two proposed skyscrapers in the Austin Texas area hit a snag this week when a planning commission meeting was canceled at the last moment, denying the developers the necessary permits that they need to move their project forward.

Located off Guadalupe Street in Austin, the project will be a mixed-use project condo office tower (37-story) while the 66-story tower will be the tallest building in Austin once it’s finished.

Thankfully, Pflugerville may soon become the next big food destination in Central Texas when the city launches a pilot program that will lure more food trucks to Pflugerville, giving local residents more food options to choose from than ever before.
